From the first Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie Iron Man and the recently released Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it had been a journey of 14 years and 27 movies. With Avenger: Endgame the third phase and the infinity saga was completed and with Black Widow, MCU entered into its fourth phase. With a plethora of announced MCU movies, it does not seem that Marvel is slowing down any soon. Here are a few more upcoming movies of Marvel we just can’t wait for.

Thor: Love and Thunder 

Thor: Love and Thunder is an upcoming MCU movie that will show us the journey of Thor post Avengers: Endgame. 

Thor: Love and Thunder is the only MCU movie that went beyond the trilogy of an MCU superhero and it’s the fourth Thor movie. The first two Thor movies did make a good profit at the box office but didn’t impress the critics much. Marvel studio hired Taika Watiti for the third Thor movie “Thor: Ragnarok” which became one of the most liked Thor movies. TaikiaWaiti is also directing the fourth Thor movie Thor: Love and Thunder and its recently released teaser had the signature style of Taika Watiti all over. The movie will also feature the members of the guardian of galaxies and Natalie Portman as the Mighty Thor. But fans are most excited about Christian Bale making his entry into the MCU as the antagonist of the movie Gorr the God butcher.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is the second Black Panther movie that is taking the story of Black Panther and Wakanda further.  

Chadwick Boseman who played the role of Black Panther died in August 2020 and it made audiences wonder whether Black Panther will appear in future MCU movies. But with the announcement of the second Black Panther made people happy and curious about who is playing Black Panther. There are no details about who will play Black Panther as Marvel is keeping it a secret. Ryan Coogler has been hired for directing the movie and he is also writing the movie. We have to wait for a few months to know whether the character of T’Challa will appear or it will be someone else donning the costume of Black Panther and a new Black Panther will be introduced.

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is going to be the third Ant-Man movie after Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp. 

Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will complete the trilogy of Ant-Man movies. Paul Rudd will be back playing the role of Ant-Man/ Scott Lang and it will feature Kathryn Newton playing the role of Cassie taking over from Emma Fuhrmann. Also, Hope (Evangeline Lilly), Hank (Michael Douglas), and Janet (Michelle Pfeiffer) will return and try to adjust their lives post-snap. The most interesting thing about the movie is that it will introduce us to the character of Kang The Conqueror, the main villain of the fourth phase of MCU.
