Yoga to reduce back fat

This yoga starts with standing on your feet. Then you need to inhale to bend your knees. Then, lower your hips region while raising your arms overhead. Then, start the exhalation process while crossing the right elbow over the outer left knee. The next step is pressing the palms together while actively pushing the bottom elbow against the thigh. While doing so, you must lift and rotate your chest up. This should increase the twist. Your knees must be in parallel always. You must continue this for five breaths.

Warrior 3, good for removing shoulder and back fat:

This yoga starts with standing with both your feet together at the front region of your yogamat. Then, start shifting your body weight on the left leg only by kicking your right leg up and behind you. The torso should remain parallel to the floor. Then, start extending your arms straight. The arms should look alike the Eagle arms pose. You must stay in this position for at least five breaths.

Half Moon, good for reducing back and belly fat:

Half-moon starts with the pose of Downward Facing Dog. The right foot must be forward between the hands. Rise up to follow the  Warrior 1 pose. Then convert this pose in Warrior 2 by opening your arms, hips, and chest. Then, stretch your right arm straight while keeping your left hand on the left hip region. Then shift your bodyweight into your right foot while lifting your left foot. The right palm should remain flat under your shoulder. The bodyweight must be evenly distributed between your right foot and hand. Keep your body in this pose for 5 breaths before shifting the side.

Triangle, good for upper back fat removal and providing strength to legs:

This yoga step also starts with Downward-facing Dog. After converting the body into a warrior 1 to 2 pose, shift your bodyweight back onto the heels. You must extend your upper arm straight upward. Then, start equal extension through both sides of the ribs to draw your navel towards your spine. Stay in this position for 3-5 seconds while breathing deeply. Start extending your upper arm over the ear to make it parallel to the floor. This forms a Straight-Arm Triangle. Change the side and repeat the same for the next five seconds.
