For example, if you have selected 3 cities that are nearby, like Barcelona, Madrid and Seville then the best option for you will be to travel by train as it will save a lot of time. Again, if you have selected places like Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam, which are pretty far away from one another, then you can use flights along with trains to visit the places. As far as my opinion goes, if you want to keep the travel under a budget then select the places that are nearby and travel by train. It will save your time as well as money.
Consider backpacking
Europe is an ideal destination for backpackers and if you are a budget traveler then you should definitely consider backpacking. However, you have to consider certain things before you try to backpack around Europe. The first and the foremost thing that you have to do is research and find out which cities are cheap and affordable and safe to travel alone. You must look after the likelihood of getting scammed and also get yourself travel insurance. This way you can visit as many places as you want and gather as much experience as you can.
