1.Tzatziki Dip:

Tzatziki is a Greek dip which can be served with almost every snack.

  • 2cups Grated and squeezed cucumber
  • 11/2 cup of Greek yoghurt
  • Finely Chopped mint leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Minced clove of garlic
  • Sea salt
Lightly squeeze the grated cucumber to remove excess water and put it in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients together and mix it well. Add additional, salt, lemon juice and chopped mint leaves according to your taste. You can top it with more olive oil and refrigerate it for two hours prior to eating.

Best with chips, cucumbers, carrots and wedges.

Everyone’s favourite and the most popular dip that goes well with almost everything.
  • 2 mashed avocados
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Lemon juice as per your taste
  • Crushed garlic
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Pinch of salt &cayenne pepper
Mix all the ingredients and stir well until smooth. Serve it immediately or refrigerate.

  • 1 ¼ cup of cashews
  • Lemon juice
  • Water as per your choice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pepper
  • Crushed aniseed
Blend all together with one cube of ice for a smooth texture.

Salsa is fit for almost every snack. All you need is a tin of chopped tomatoes, an onion, a chilly, some garlic, basil and parsley.

Finely Chopped - onion, garlic, tomatoes, chilly, basil and parsley. You can take any quantity according to your consumption. Put everything in a bowl and give it a good stir.

  • 250 gm cream cheese
  • 25o ml grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • finely chopped spring onions
  • Salt and pepper
Blend all the ingredients together unless it turns into a smooth paste. Cover it and Refrigerate. Microwave the dip for five seconds and serve hot with nachos.
