Grated apples, spice, sugar, breadcrumbs, & raisins are combined to make the apple filling. If you want to really bring out the flavor of this treat, pair it with some vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. To try something different, consider substituting vanilla sauce for ice cream or custard for cream. Apfelstrudel is a typical dessert in Viennese cafes and may be enjoyed at any time of day with a beverage of coffee, tea, and even champagne.

Kimchi

Traditional kimchi is a popular Korean side dish made by fermenting vegetables like cabbage and radishes and then flavoring them with various spices and herbs.
