According to study reports, pomegranate shows antibacterial and antiviral during lab tests. Therefore, it gets studied for its effects on common viruses and infections.

Pomegranate improves sports performances. After beet juice or tart cherry juice, pomegranate juice is the new performance enhancer in the market. It helps to reduce soreness, decreases oxidative damage and improves strength recovery in every sportsperson.
