Foods You Should Never Eat After Having Mangoes

We all dread the sweltering summer months, but the one thing we love is the arrival of the king of fruits—mangoes. So, it isn’t unusual for people to ditch their diets to enjoy mangoes.

You can enjoy mango in salsa, pickles, shakes, and even desserts; this fruit always wins when it comes to pleasing the taste buds. Bitter gourd

While both mangoes and bitter gourd are nutritious, consuming them one after the other is not recommended. Bitter gourd tastes bitter, and it can cause an imbalance in your body. When sweet and acidic mangoes are consumed with or after bitter gourd, it may cause digestive problems like acid reflux, indigestion, vomiting, nausea, and inflammation of the digestive tract.

Spicy Food

Soft Drinks

Mangoes have a high content of natural sugar, and having soft drinks soon after consuming mangoes can disturb the digestion processresulting in discomfort and bloating.
