Fruit bowls for a winter morning

Make your winter breakfast healthy with fruit bowls.

In winter, we need more immunity and more health to combat nature. And a healthy life starts with a healthy breakfast. A fruit bowl is a great suggestion for winter breakfast as fruits are the sources of good health, and it is a very easy prep for a lazy winter morning. Here a few kinds of fruit bowls and their recipe will be discussed.

Winter fruit bowl 1- Simple things in life

It is the simplest fruit bowl. Just take four oranges, fillet those and put out seeds without wasting their juice. Add a sufficient amount of cranberries, mix it well and have a light and healthy breakfast.

Winter fruit bowl 2- Grape and banana berry bowl

If your tummy is hungry a little more, add some grapes, 3-4 bananas in slices, put ½ cup water, a little bit of honey, mix it well and then freeze for 10 minutes and then into the microwave oven for 10-15 seconds at 35 degreeF. You'regonna love it.

Winter fruitbowl 3- Cereal and fruits

Take 1 cup flake cereal (rice), 1 kiwi, 2 strawberries, 1 handful of blackberries and blueberries and vanilla cream or any other flavour you prefer. Then cut the kiwi and strawberries into slices. Put all the things in a bowl, put 1/3 cup water or milk and put some honey if you want it sweeter. Mix it well and put it into the freezer for 10 minutes and then into the microwave oven for 15-20 seconds at 35 degrees F. Decorate with raspberries and enjoy your delicious fruit bowl.

Winter fruit bowl 4- Raspberry Yumm!

If you are a raspberry lover, you can have a fruit bowl just with raspberries and cream. Just take 2 cups full of raspberries and 1 cup of whipping cream and ¼ cup vanilla cream, add 2 teaspoons of honey, blend it well and have your breakfast with your favourite fruit.

Winter fruit bowl 5- A soul full of berry

If you have enough time in your hand, let's try something tastier. You need 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blackberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 2 cups blueberries, 1/2 cup large fresh figs, 1/4 cup dried mulberries (if you want), a dash of cinnamon, 1-ounce dark chocolate, 1 cup of homemade cashew, oat or almond milk. Put the oven at 35 degrees F and put all the fruit in a dash of cinnamon on a large baking sheet, add sea salt as per your taste and bake it for 20 minutes. After that, mix the dark chocolate in it, add some mulberries to decorate. Then add some milk upon it as much as you want. This hot and chocolaty fruit bowl will make your day.
