Planning a different cookout this weekend? Then why monotonous meat recipes! There's plenty of ways to create magic with one genre— variant types of veggies. Nowadays plant based dishes are fairly a better choice among everybody. You can surprise everyone by bringing equivalent shape and flavour like meat starters to your vegetable recipes. Try some varieties of barbecue items with seasonal vegetables and make everyone feel attracted to vegan dishes.

Vegan kebab : This is not an oxymoron

Kebab is basically known as a non-veg dish but it can be imagined beyond that. You can try it with vegetables, fruits, Paneer etc. as per your choice. Besides, you will need bamboo skewers and stove top grill pan to make it. First step is to chop the vegetables and paneer. Then it should be marinated with sauces and various spices for some time. Now, it has to be tied between bamboo skewers. After heating the stove top grill pan, pass the sticks on it. Then you need to brush refined oil on them contiguously. Once they are sufficiently grilled, take them out and serve with avocado sauce for a smooth punch.

Spicy grilled corn : A famous summer snack with unbeatable taste

The sweet bits of fresh corn combined with the spice and smoky flavours are enough to add heavenly feels. First of all, it is necessary to choose the right corn. Corn that is too ripe or too raw is not good for grilling. After choosing the right corn, the husk should be removed from its body in such a way that it is not completely removed but it is slightly stuck at the end of the corn. Then spread some butter or olive oil on it and grill it properly.  When the core of the corn turns brown to black, it should be removed. Then add salt, lemon juice, chilli powder etc. and serve.

Grilled small potatoes: Not in a typical way

There is no other vegetable as common and versatile to Indians as the potato.  But perhaps not everyone has the experience of the incomparable taste of this potato if it is grilled in the right way. First take small new potatoes and cut them in half. Boil them for a while and let them cool down. Then marinate them with salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, coriander leaves, garlic cloves etc. and keep them for some time. Then place them on the grill basket on the stove. When the potato skin is brown enough, it should be removed.  It can be eaten with a pickle or dip.
