2- Take one glass of milk and place it in a pan. Now add a pinch of turmeric, dark pepper powder, and sugar or jaggery according to taste. Allow it to bubble for 5-8 minutes. Ensure you take it prior to hitting the sack.

3- Take a pan and top it off with water. Add basil leaves, 1 stick of cinnamon, 4-5 dark peppercorns, and dry ginger. Allow it to bubble until it lessens to half.
