You can also add chia seeds, coconut milk, yoghurt, and dry fruits to make it tastier.

While we should have a heavy breakfast, many people do not like to eat too much that early morning. So for them, a smoothie bowl is the best option because it goes easy on the stomach. It is liquid, it is all-natural, and most importantly, it has the best ingredients for the optimum amount of nutrients needed in your body.

We know we mentioned this earlier, but smoothie bowls are most preferred by dieticians because of the vitamins and nutrients it has. They also have protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats, which are obtained from natural fruits and vegetables. These can keep you healthy and also boost your immunity immensely.
