MANGO SQUASH
1 KG SUGAR
¼ CUP OF LEMON JUICE
FRESHLY SQUEEZED MANGO JUICE
Add sugar to boiling water in a pan, stir till completely dissolved. Take off the flame and now mix the mango and lemon juice. Mix well and let it cool. Pour into a sterilised bottle. Serve chilled.
AAM PANNA
3-4 GREEN RAW MANGOES
3 tbsp sugar
1tbsps cumin powder
2tbsp black salt
1tbsp salt
A handful of mint leave
Ice to blend
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the mangoes into it. Let it boil on simmer for at least 10 minutes. Peel them off once it cools down. Grid the pulp with some water to make a thick paste out of it. Now put the paste in a pan and add sugar to it. Let it cook until sugar dissolves. Let it cool. Add cumin, black salt and salt and mix well. Stir in the mint leaves. Take out a spoon full of Panna in a glass and pour chilled water on top to give it a mix. Serve with ice cubes
MANGO SHAKE.
2 mangoes cut into cubes. Make sure they are sweet.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
3 glasses of milk
Dry fruits for garnish

In a blender, blend mango cubes, sugar and milk. Pour into glasses and garnish them with dry fruits.
MANGO SMOOTHIE
½ OZ single cream
1 glass of full-fat milk
½ cup greek yoghurt - plain
1 mango pulp
4tspcastor sugar
In a blender. Combine all the ingredients and blend them into a smoothie. Pour in a smoothie bowl and top it with chia seeds, dry fruits and mango slices.
