In such cases, whipping something up super quick and in a flash is just the way to go. The bonus point is that you do not have to cook and stir up the oven. Just take a few ingredients at hand and mix them all together to prepare a scrumptious meal for yourself, family and friends without having to break a sweat. Here are easy and quick no meals you can try at home for when you don’t feel like turning on the oven.

Greek Salad

Commonly known as horiatiki, this traditional salad from Greece is all you need for a fresh no cook home meal. All you need are some cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumber, feta cheese and some other choices of veggies you like. Moreover, the dressing for the Greek salad is even easier to make. The dressing requires some red vinegar, dried oregano, fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil. Mix all the ingredients together and you have got yourself a delicious Mediterranean salad for your tummy. What’s better is it takes only fifteen minutes of your time for the dish to come together.

Caprese Zoodles

Say yes to zoodles! Easy and quick to prepare, the caprese zoodles is a great and healthy dish for your no cooking days. Slice zucchinis in the shape of noodles and mix them with some extra virgin olive oil. Season it with some salt and pepper and let the mixture marinate for fifteen minutes. The next step would be to add some mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Toss and mix the ingredients well and finally to top it all add some balsamic vinegar for that oomph of taste.

Mediterranean Chickpea Salad

Thank god for chickpeas for your no cooking days! Chickpeas are a great way to go if you don’t want to spend long hours in your kitchen. For this salad, mix some boiled chickpeas with bellpeppers, cucumber, olives and feta cheese. Add some salt and pepper for seasoning and drizzle some lemon dressing for a perfect dish.
