Spanish Dishes to try.

When we talk about Spain, Money Heist (a web series) is not the only thing that comes to our mind, but we think about its culture, music, festivals and picturesque locations.

Spanish cuisine is gaining popularity among the global food-lovers too. It was late to recognise the global superpower of food comparing to other European nations. However, today Spain is making the most of its local produce. Starting from the tasty snack to seafood and traditional roasts, it celebrates extraordinary flavours and various cuisines.

Here is a list of lip-smacking items you can try out from the Spanish menu.

GAZPACHO is a famous dish from the Spanish menu. It is a cold soup made by blending raw vegetables- ripest tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers, peppers, bread, and olive oil are the ingredients of this soup. These ingredients are well-blended until the silky-smooth texture is received. It is then served chilled, poured into the soup bowls or glasses. During the summer, it is one of the demanded dishes of all as it is deliciously refreshing.

PATATAS BRAVAS is the most ubiquitous Spanish snack. As the name suggests, it is fried potatoes served tossed with a spicy sauce. It might sound ordinary, but patatas bravas is the most common starters among the people. It is a preparation of shallow fried cubed potatoes and keeping them aside to prepare the sauce. The authentic sauce recipe includes the following ingredients- Spanish paprika, garlic, olive oil, flour and stock. Once the sauce is ready, toss the fried potatoes for 5 minutes. Later it is served on a garnished plate.

PISTO CON HUEVOS is a Spanish version of ratatouille served with several modifications in different parts of the country. It is one of the most ordered starters plus side-dish by the locals and tourists as well. It is a preparation of slowly frying courgettes, onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes in olive oil, seasoned with dried oregano and bay leaves. Pisto Con Huevos is preferable when served with country-style bread or red wine.

ALBONDIGAS SOUP is a simple soup that warms you up during the European winters. The soup gets prepared with the following ingredients- potatoes, carrots, zucchini, broth, sauteed onions, garlic cloves, pepper and tomatoes. It is cooked in a slow process until it reaches the boiling point. Later it is topped with meatballs or fried rice balls served in traditional cutlery.

These are some of the famous cuisines from the Spanish menu that you can try.
