Ingredients:

  • Two medium zucchinis cut into spirals.
  • Mushroom
  • Shredded broccoli
  • Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Soy sauce
  • Chopped nuts of your choice.
Take a small bowl and mix almond butter with soya sauce, sesame oil and chilli flakes, stir it well and keep aside. Heat a pan and add butter, add chopped garlic, mushroom, and broccoli. Toss it well and add the Zucchini spirals to it, take a fork and stir it until it becomes soft. Add the stirred sauce on top of it, mix well. Serve hot! Don’t forget to garnish it with your favourite nuts to give your zoodles the perfect crunch.

Ingredients

  • Fresh green beans (Any quantity)
  • 3 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • ½ tsp keto salt pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream
  • ½ lemon zest
  • ½ cup chopped parsley if you like
Blanch green beans. Heat butter in a pan, sauté the steamed beans until it turns a little brown, add salt and pepper as per your taste. Mix it well. Now pour whipped cream, and lower the flame. Add the lemon zest in the end for the fresh lemon flavour.

You can garnish it with chopped parsley if you like.

  1. Lemon Chia pudding
Easiest breakfast recipe for a filling breakfast.

You need:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipped cream
  • Stevia as per your choice
  • Chia seeds
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Lemon zest
Pour all the ingredients together, blend well and refrigerate overnight and eat as breakfast.

You need:
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 cups raw mixed nuts of your choice (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 5 Tablespoons coconut oil or butter
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Spread a baking sheet on the baking tray, Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread it evenly on the sheet. Bake for 30 minutes and allow them to cool. Cut it into cubes, and your crispy granola bars are ready.
