Sweet keto cravings – 4 keto-friendly dessert recipe

You need:

1 cup finely ground almond flour

2-4 tbspschoco chips – sugar free

2 tbsp stevia

¼ tsp salt

⅛ baking soda

1tsp pure vanilla extract

2tbsps coconut oil

2-3 tsp milk – keto-friendly

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients and knead a cookie dough out of it. Roll the dough and cut it into cookies with a cookie cutter.  Grease your baking tray and bake for 1-15 minutes.

KETO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

You need:

1 cup of heavy cream – whipped

¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ sweetener – powdered

1tsp vanilla extract

¼ kosher salt

Whisk all the ingredients and whip it until it forms a light and creamy mousse texture. Let it refrigerate in the dessert bowl before serving.

CHOCOLATE ALMOND KETO BALLS

You need:

1 and 1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 cup almond butter

⅓ chia or flax seeds

1tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder.

¼ cup pistachios – chopped

1tsp vanilla extract

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and make small balls out of it rolling with your hands. Set them in the fridge and you can have them whenever you like.

KETO CHEESECAKE FLUFF

You need:

1 cup heavy cream – whipped

1 brick of cream cheese, softened

1 lemon zest

½ cup sweetener

Whip both heavy cream and cream cheese together to form a fluffy whipped cake. Serve in the dessert bowl and top it with your favourite toppings
