Which fruits to eat and when?

Taste of nature, health from nature.

Fruits are not just the tastiest gift from nature, but also a huge source of nutrition. From the beginning of evolution, human beings have been dependent on fruits for their food and nutrition. But, nowadays, pharmaceuticals have grasped people to increase medicine dependence and supplement consumption. So, it's necessary to increase fruit consumption to get back good health without side effects.

Fruits & Nutrition:

Various fruits have various sources of nutrition elements like Vitamin A, C, E, Iron, Calcium and other minerals, Fibre, Folaco, antioxidants, phytochemicals and many other things. Besides regular nutrition supply, fruits also regulate so many diseases like high blood pressure, cardiac arrest and stroke, skin diseases, nervous issues, diabetes, cholesterol, pneumonia and others. During the Covid period, limes, especially Sweet Lime (Mosambi), worked great to recover people from Covid.

Fruits- which and when:

There is no bound to have any fruit, except in case of a few diseases. But, being a great healer, we should know which fruit works in which case. Here we'll discuss a few:

Seasonal Fruits:

Some fruits come seasonally, such as Mango, Grapes, Litchi, Pineapple etc. One must not miss having these fruits during their season because of their taste and quality nutrition source.

Mango:

Mangoes are rich in Vitamin C, Dietary fibres, Pectin and have zero Cholesterol. It helps in digestion, reduces acidity issues. So, to have good digestion, one can have a mango after a meal. Besides, pectin reduces cholesterol levels. Vitamin C provides healthy skin and visual strength as well. Mangoes are also found helpful in cancer treatment.

Grapes:

Grapes are rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamine, Riboflavin, high Antioxidants and so many minerals. It gives good skin, a healthy heart, reduces high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. Its antioxidants provide security from cancer and other chronic diseases.

Pineapple:

Loaded with enormous nutrition ingredients, pineapple provides huge immunity. If one is suffering from arthritis issues and inflammation, pineapple can give him a good relief. Apart from that, people having digestion problems and even jaundice should eat pineapple regularly. Most importantly, to recover fast after surgery, pineapple works great.

Banana:

It is a great source of calories, fibre, Vitamin B6, Folaco, Potassium, Iron and other minerals.  It is a kind of medicine for high blood pressure. During pregnancy, one should have at least a banana per day to increase the folic acid level in the body. It is also very helpful to get relief from constipation.
