  1. Honey and turmeric Milk
This one is an Indian magic potion to keep you away from cold and cough and help you sleep better.

You need:

  • Milk
  • Turmeric powder
  • Honey
  • Kesar for dressing
Bring milk to boil and add a tsp of turmeric powder. Let it boil for 2 minutes and pour it a mug. Add honey as per taste and one or two strands of Kesar.

This is one of the most famous milk drinks in India. This drink is loaded with the goodness of almond.

You need:

  • Soaked and peeled almonds
  • Kesar
  • Milk
  • Sugar
Make a smooth paste out of soaked and peeled almonds. Heat milk in a pan and add the almond milk paste. Bring to boil and add sugar as per your taste. Pour in a glass and add kesar on top.

  • Milk - warm
  • saffron essence
  • Crushed cardamom
  • Chopped almonds and pistachio
Heat milk and add the kesar essence to it and mix well. Pour in a glass and top it with the chopped nuts.

Boil water with sea salt and kashmiri tea leaves. Add milk and bring to boil. Add chopped nuts before drinking.

  • Elaichi/ cardamom pods crushed
  • Sugar
  • milk
Bring milk to boil and add 2-3 saffron strands to the milk. Add sugar and mix well, now add the crushed cardamom and let it boil. Boil milk and add sugar and elaichi together.
