Easiest Ways To Keep Your Body Warm In This Winter

It's winter, that means it’s cold. But now climate change is affecting it too. Cold comes during the mid winter nowadays. Yet, it can cause illness, especially to the children and aged ones. It can cause a common cold to pneumonia, heart attack, lung failure or even death in case of severe patients. So, we all should prevent ourselves from getting cold. There are some people who put their fans on even on the coldest days. Maybe it is necessary for their mental satisfaction, but it affects their health badly.
Use warming clothes
Even if it feels a little cold, put on at least a sweat shirt or a Chadar. Nobody should ignore mild colds as it affects us more easily. To avoid winter diseases, one needs to wear warm clothes as needed, especially during the early morning and evening. During the heavy winter, a jacket on a sweater can provide complete safety from getting cold. Use gloves, socks, mufflers, winter caps as needed.
Drink herbal tea
Tea the best friend of mankind during the winter. There are some people who drink tea only on winter days. Black tea with ginger, or honey blend herbal tea helps to pull up body temperature and keeps the blood pressure normal. Herbal tea includes Tulsi, Lavender, honey etc and those provide additional immunity to the body.
Have some honey and Chyawanprash daily
Chyawanprash is an ancient Indian herbal medicine. It has been in use since the era of Veda. Having two teaspoons of Chyawanprash with honey every morning warms up the body and builds resistance against getting cold.
Go for daily work out
Regular workout is very helpful in keeping the body warm. Everybody should go for daily workout during the winter, i.e. jogging, freehand exercises, yoga etc. Regular workout helps in keeping the body fit, strength and workable, it also helps to reduce heart problems, cholesterol and other diseases.
Some other healthy habits
Take bath daily with hot water, drink slightly heated water, avoid cold drinks and cold water- these additional practices will be helpful to keep the body warm during the cold days.
