When you think of riches and their exhibiting, you may think of diamond or crystal-studded jewellery, clothing or even accessories such ad bejeweled phone cases or other accessories. We bring to you few things that are covered in jewels and crystal that are surely more than unusual.

 Hot Wheels Car

Hot Wheels created a diamond-studded or rather covered car worth $100,000 to celebrate the company’s 40th anniversary. The toy car had 2700 blue diamonds and was made out of 18-carat white gold. To make things even more intricate, the taillights were made out of red rubies, and the engine bay was covered in black and white diamonds.

 KitchenAid Mixer

Bling Diva Designs gave this unique mixer its elaborate crystal coating. The first one was made for Katherine Kallinis, co-owner of Georgetown Cupcake, for her bridal shower as a gift. The mixer was covered in 8000 sparkling crystals. Later, Melissa from Bling Diva Designs continued to offer such personalization at an asking price of $2000.

 Staircases

In the reception area of MSC Splendida, considered as world’s most beautiful and luxurious ships, there are two crystal staircases. Each of the 72 steps in the staircases has Swarovski crystals worth $40,000, making the entire staircases worth a whopping $2.8 million!

 A Car

Garson USA decorated a Mercedes Benz with over 300,000 Swarovski crystals. This crystal-studded automobile marvel has been featured in several exhibitions and automotive shows. Estimated at over a million dollars, this car certainly stands out on the road and offers plenty of head turns.

 A Human Skull

The art called “For the Love of God” is made out of a real skull from the 18th century and was commissioned by British artist Damien Hirst. The entire skull is covered in platinum before 1100 carats worth of 8601 diamonds was used to decorate it. The value of all the diamonds on this skull is $22 million, including the 52-carat pink diamond on the forehead, which is worth millions of dollars.

 A Coffee Machine

A Nespresso Crystal coffee machine sells anything from $250 t0 $3000 when it is covered in 3100 Swarovski Crystals. For people who take their coffee seriously, this is worth considering.
